Mercedes-Benz Residences by Binghatti

The world’s first Mercedes residence building has arrived. It is a new luxury skyscraper that will be built in Dubai. The real estate initiative, called Mercedes-Benz Places, involves collaboration with the main Emirati developer Binghatti.

With a height of about 340 meters, the skyscraper will be developed on 65 floors and will be built in the heart of the city, near the Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future and the Burj Khalifa. “We are deeply excited to work alongside Mercedes-Benz, a truly iconic name, to develop the world’s first luxury residence,” said Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti.

According to a press release, the upcoming Mercedes residences hypertower has been in the works for over a year. From what can be seen from the initial rendering, the external silhouette of the building will be curved and will incorporate the three-point Mercedes logo. As can be expected, the architecture will be inspired by the luxury brand’s Sensual Purity design philosophy and will integrate intelligent technologies and high-end finishes.

While this is the carmaker’s first foray into real estate, Binghatti has already participated in projects of this type in Dubai. The developer has partnered with luxury watch and jewelry brand Jacob & Co for the first skyscraper, the new apartments were put on the market in June, while it is currently busy with the construction of a 42-story residence for Bugatti, complete with car lifts.

Each residence is equipped with a private swimming pool, elevating the living experience to unprecedented levels.
