Burj Binghatti
The tallest residential tower in the world
Burj Binghatti
The project, “Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences”, aspires to achieve the record for the tallest residential structure in the world.
The event celebrating the revelation of the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will take place on November 16, 2022 at the largest multi-purpose indoor stadium in the Middle East, the Coca-Cola Arena, in Dubai.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences coins a new term in high-end real estate: hypertower. Opening a new era in super-luxurious living, this unprecedented skyscraper aims to set a record as one of the tallest residential buildings in the world.
The proposed project comprises over 100 floors which consist of sumptuous two- and three-bedroom residences.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences includes multiple levels dedicated to amenities such as an infinity pool with views of the entire Dubai skyline, a luxury spa, and a gym. This hypertower is also home to a dedicated concierge team, offering a la carte services such as daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur, and private chef.
The diamond-shaped spires that sit at the top of the tower resemble a real crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by Jacob & Co.’s finely cut gem design.
The entry-level residences will consist of two collections: The Sapphire Suite Collection consisting of two-bedroom residential units and The Emerald Suite Collection consisting of three-bedroom units. the top of the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is home to five of Dubai’s most luxurious and exclusive penthouses (these penthouses will consist of three types, each named after our flagship watches Jacob & Co Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomy and Billionaire)
The hypertower at Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is also home to an exclusive private club, which features a large infinity pool. Its luxury amenities include a vast salon and a private event area reserved for Jacob & Co. The materials, details and finishes are conceptualised and designed in collaboration with the designers at Jacob & Co, whose attention to detail is applied to an unprecedented new scale and height.
A “billionaire penthouse” will be the “jewel in the crown of the hypertower”. said Jacob Arabo, President and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.
