EMAAR BEACHFRONT
is the perfect definition of a “city-based” lifestyle, hectic and full of life, right behind the Burja Kalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world.
Main features
Located between JBR and Palm Jumeirah near Dubai Marina, this complex is truly unique. It offers breathtaking views: the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island on one side and the sea and Palm Jumeirah on the other.
Attractions and surroundings
Emaar Beachfront, one of Dubai’s most famous and well-known landmarks, is within walking distance of Business Bay: Downtown, Burj Khalifa, Opera District, Dubai Mall, Souq Al Bahar. You don’t have to be a tourist to experience an irresistible attraction to these places, which you will visit again and again. Dubai Water Canal is arguably the defining feature of Business Bay and a must-visit destination. The Canal is a very practical water transport system, connecting Business Bay to the oldest parts of the city, an artificial open water project, 3 kilometers long. Other popular destinations include a short 10-minute drive to City Walk, with avenues filled with high-end shops, restaurants, and recreational activities.
Architecture
The community of Emaar Beachfront is home to different architectural styles depicted in skyscraper buildings, business towers, street art. The area abounds with examples of imaginative architecture, and the most poignant example has to be the outstanding architecture of the Opus Tower. Opus was conceived as two individual towers that merge into a whole, taking the shape of a cube, exploring the balance between full and empty, opaque and transparent. Ultra-modern style prevails in Business Bay. Another example is the Oberoi Hotel, the distinctive crescent-shaped building Iris Bay, and the O14 building, known as the “cheese grater”, thanks to the unusual white solar façade.
Daily life
Thanks to its excellent location, Emaar Beachfront is close to Dubai’s most iconic sights. In about 10 to 15 minutes, you can reach all the necessary institutions, including schools, shopping malls, clinics, hospitals, mosques, and temples. As per the master plan, the Emaar Beachfront project also offers hotels, restaurants, 80,000-square-meter commercial pavilions, an event venue and a yacht club. Nightlife lovers can find popular bars and restaurants in nearby Dubai Marina
Accessibility to transport
The community can be accessed via a bridge that connects Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Harbour. Sheikh Zayed Road is one of the main thoroughfares, so it’s easy to get to any area of Dubai. Another means of travel is a monorail system with driverless trains that connects the port of Dubai with the Palm Jumeirah and Blue Waters islands. For those walking, there is a pedestrian bridge from Dubai Harbour to Palm Jumeirah. As if that were not enough, there are sea routes for water taxi services. Dubai International Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the community.
