Dubai Creek Harbour is a coastal complex of quite impressive size, about six square kilometers. It is located northeast of downtown Dubai, on the banks of the historic part of the city called Dubai Creek.

Dubai Creek Harbour is made up of nine districts and is an excellent example of harmony between the ultra-modern lifestyle and the environment. It is located near the Ras Al Khor Nature Reserve, which is home to around 450 species of rare animals, including pink flamingos.
Attractions and surroundings
Dubai has surpassed many cities in the world in terms of the number of impressive architectural objects. One such object is the Dubai Creek Tower, which is set to become the main attraction in this area and the entire emirate. The tower breaks all world records for height: this large structure will surpass the famous Burj Khalifa by 100 meters, housing a luxury hotel, vertical gardens, restaurants and 360-degree viewing platforms.
Architecture
Upon completion, the community is expected to break all height records for existing building structures. Dubai Creek Harbour can surprise anyone with its variety of geometric shapes and lines in building designs. Although the area is full of modern residential complexes and high-rise buildings and commercial facilities, you can also find cozy villas with private gardens and views of the bay or golf course. This type of resonance is the main feature of this place.
Dubai Creek Harbour Target Audience
This “green paradise”, as it is affectionately called, is one of the most prestigious waterfronts in the world. Here, everyone, regardless of their occupation and lifestyle, will feel in their place. The main philosophy of the community is a caring attitude towards nature with the help of the latest technologies. It involves the use of solar energy and a unique water filtration system.

A large landscaped park, tennis courts, five-star hotels, an abundance of shops and restaurants with the best cuisines, cafes, cinemas and museums, just to name a few. Dubai Creek Harbour is about a 17-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. To visit Palm Jumeirah or Walk JBR, you’ll have to drive about 30 minutes, but it’s worth it. Downtown Dubai is only a 10-minute drive away. The bridge connecting the commercial area of the community with the maritime stations will have a lane reserved for buses. In addition, the expansion of the Green Metro Line is planned with three new stations within the Dubai Creek Harbour.
