Damac Hills is a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood located in the centre of Dubailand, on um Suqeim Street. With about 4 square kilometers, Damac Hills is one of the most popular areas for buying villas.

Daily life
Damac Hills has a Jebel Ali school, which follows the British curriculum and has a good rating. There are also three mosques, daycare centers, banks, pharmacies, laundries, an outdoor Sky View cinema, spa, and fitness centers. In addition, the Carrefour supermarket offers grocery delivery services. As you can see, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. As for food lovers, you can find all the food establishments in the community, from snack bars to gourmet restaurants. McDonald’s, Freedom Pizza, Taqado Mexican Kitchen, Subway, Chez Sushi are just a few examples.
Accessibility to transport
There are no bus stops at Damac Hills. The closest is in the Mudon area, a five-minute drive away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the nearest beach, JBR or Al Sufouh. There’s also no metro line, but you can reach Dubai Internet City Station in 15 minutes by car. Dubai International Airport is about a 30- to 40-minute drive away, and Dubai Mall is about a 25-minute drive.
