Davide Pironti, born in Turin in 1988, entrepreneur and owner since 2019 of “Greeninvest Real Estate LLC”, a Real Estate and Property Management company operating in Dubai, specializing in real estate investment consultancy for mainly Italian clients and beyond, in the United Arab Emirates, since 2023 partner and founder of “Le Mie Vacanze a Dubai”, a company that deals with Travel & Tourism based in Dubai.

Since he was a child he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father, a well-known Piedmontese entrepreneur in the real estate sector in Turin but, his passion for technology and telephony led him to create the first company at the age of 19, just after finishing his studies.

He moved to Verona and on his own, then later with my current partner Michael Tosi, we managed to expand from a simple shop to have up to 6 businesses with over 30 employees, achieving important awards in the sector.

In 2017 he visited Dubai for the first time during a business trip and was literally struck by its potential.

In 2019, together with his partner Michael Tosi, he started GreenInvest in Dubai with decades of experience in entrepreneurship in the Real Estate sector.

Michael Tosi, born in Verona in 1993, is an entrepreneur and founder since 2019 of “Greeninvest Real Estate LLC”, a real estate and Property Management company operating in Dubai, specializing in real estate investment consultancy for mainly Italian clients and beyond, in the United Arab Emirates.

In 2014 he began his career as an employee in a Veronese company in the telecommunications sector, immediately dealing with the administration of various companies, entrepreneurs in Verona and beyond for the telecommunications part.

In 2015, after obtaining various qualifications in the company for which he worked, he became a partner of Davide Pironti, with regional and state recognition.

So he decided to make Exit back in 2019 and land in Dubai by opening the current Real Estate company, GREENINVEST, one of the most important and recognized Italian companies in Dubai.

Born in 1984 in Rome, he has been involved in real estate since 2002. As soon as he finished his studies, he began his real estate brokerage activity with the acquisition of the customer/property portfolio. A few years later he became agency manager and later founded his own real estate brand. Over the years of activity he has been recognized by several real estate entrepreneurs as a level professional and for this reason they decide to entrust him with their real estate portfolio with the management of over 200 income properties.

Alessio, in addition to dealing with the residential real estate market, also becomes a point of reference for the sale and rental of industrial and commercial properties. Over the years he has carried out several real estate investment transactions on his own account.

In 2023 he landed in the international Real Estate market of Dubai and from here he decided to join an established reality in the area for some time in order to follow clients in real estate investments also given the continuous growth and expansion of this BEAUTIFUL city.

SERIOUSNESS, TRANSPARENCY AND LOYALTY are the three main cornerstones that Alessio is keen to transfer to customers in his real estate investment and management path.
